La Marque des anges - Miserere

Retired Paris police chief Lionel Kasdan, the former head of a special kidnapping unit, has been called to investigate a strange murder: a choirmaster found dead in his church with his eardrums shattered and apparently no witnesses. Meanwhile, Frank Salek, an Interpol agent threatened with suspension due to his excessive behavior, is following a lead on a secret organization suspected of kidnapping children. When Salek hears about the choirmaster's murder, he suspects there's a link with his own case and agrees to team up with Kasdan. But the further the investigation leads them, the more Salek seems to lose his grip, as if a long-hidden secret were now catching up with him. Pretty soon the two men are tangled up in an affair that goes back to the darkest hours of WWII... (Verleiher-Text)
