FilmHOLIDAY captures the course of the el noveno celebrations in the Salamancan village of San Felices de los Gallegos, reminding of its vassalage lasting up to 1852. The film was made by the future classics of Spanish film such as Miguel Picazo, Mario Camus and José Luis Borau. Its form is reminiscent of the “live reportage” which was to become one of the major forms of Patino’s style. (Ji.hlava International Documentary Film Festival)
