Midas

I struggled with Midas for a long time. And that's because the show didn't sit with me in multiple ways. Content-wise, it was uninteresting to me. I can't say there was nothing going on; on the contrary, there was always something going on, and their game soon started to be distressing. I also didn't like the cinematography, the music, most of the supporting characters, and even the main characters overall. But what surprised me the most was that even Hyeok Jang can do the kind of acting that keeps me from going weak in the knees over him. I'm honestly shocked by that. For the few strong moments at the beginning, I’m giving it 2.5 stars (07.03.2018)
