Frank kommt seinem Ziel immer näher, er wird offiziell zum Vizepräsident ernannt. Seine erste Amtshandlung ist es, hohe Militärs auszuzeichnen. Als Claire ihm erzählt, dass ausgerechnet jener Offizier der Mann ist, der sie damals in ihrem ersten Jahr in Harvard vergewaltigt hat, kann er seine Wut kaum zurückhalten. Und Lucas setzt alles daran, um Zoes mysteriösen Tod erneut aufrollen zu lassen. Doch sein Freund bei der Polizei zeigt ihm das Video von Zoes Fall. Inzwischen beweist Jackie Frank, dass sie so skrupellos ist, wie er erwartet hat. (ORF)

After the first pummeling, it slows down tactically and the colourful story slowly takes on a broader scope and more characters. Basically a pure chatterbox, without any major moments, but from the point of view of the whole, no less important than the others.
