Barney Ross und seine Expendables sind wieder im Einsatz. Im Geheimauftrag der Regierung soll der unschlagbare Söldnertrupp in Osteuropa riesige Mengen von Plutonium sicherstellen. Oberbösewicht Jean Vilain droht, die todbringende Ware am Weltmarkt anzubieten. Eine globale Katastrophe steht bevor. Bald ist klar, dass Vilain bei der Wahrung seiner Interessen kaltblütig über Leichen geht. Fest entschlossen und mit vollstem Körpereinsatz wollen die Expendables ihrem skrupellosen Gegenspieler das Handwerk legen. (ORF)
