O bílé paní

It's night and outside rages such a storm that the White Lady Slavěna plays memory games with her beloved Thomas instead of haunting the battlements. Their pleasant evening is interrupted by banging at the castle gate and calls for help. At the gate stands the cook Fanynka, who is being chased by bandits. Because Fanynka is an orphan and has no one, the White Lady feels sorry for her. So she and Thomas decide to give her shelter, food and a proper upbringing. Fanynka, in return, promises to cook. Everything runs smoothly until the robbers try to seize the castle. It's clear, of course, that they won't get away with it. But the cursed Slavoj comes to their aid. (Zlín Film Festival)
