Vier attraktive aber etwas seltsame Mädchen sind auf einem gemeinsamen Wochenendausflug. Sie können jedoch nicht ahnen, dass ihnen eine Horde Hinterwäldler auf den Fersen ist. Die Mädels freuen sich auf das Wochenende in ihrer Hütte am Bergsee. Zunächst scheint es so, dass sie leichte Beute für die Menschenjäger sind. Judging by the beginning, when the viewer is forced to follow an extravagant teenager in a gay pink shirt, I thought I wouldn’t be able to finish this film. Fortunately, Wicked Lake improves with every minute and there’s even a bloody massacre by the end, but it still suffers a lot from the awful performances. Basically, this film is quite untraditional exploitation that never lets you relate to the victims, because none of them last very long. In the end, quite a decent surprise and 50%.
