Sheldons Assistentin Alex ist in Leonard verliebt. Immer wieder macht sie Leonard Avancen, auf die dieser nicht eingeht. Sheldon sind Alex' Gefühle jedoch ein Dorn im Auge, da sie schließlich dafür engagiert wurde, sich um seine Bedürfnisse zu kümmern. Er versucht daher, ihr ins Gewissen zu reden. Damit bringt er jedoch nicht nur sich selbst, sondern auch Howard, Raj und Leonard in Schwierigkeiten. Auch Penny missfällt Alex' Begeisterung für ihren Freund. Sie fühlt sich verunsichert. (ORF)

I thoroughly enjoyed this episode. The creators opted to focus the entire episode on the topic of sexual harassment, and they nailed it with me. The idea that these four — oh, right, Howard — these three could display inappropriate sexual behavior was amusing in its own right. However, Sheldon at the HR office had me in stitches. / Lesson learned: Menstruation is like Lord Voldemort; everyone knows it exists, but it must not be talked about.
