Als Penny kurzfristig nicht in ihre Wohnung kann, hat Sheldon Mitleid und lässt sie bei sich warten. Er hat gerade ein Online-Rollenspiel gespielt. Penny lässt ihm keine Ruhe und bald muss er ihr alles erklären. Sie ist so fasziniert, dass sie selbst zu spielen beginnt. Da sie von ihrem Leben so frustriert ist, wird aus Interesse bald Sucht und Penny kann sich nicht mehr losreißen, worunter nicht nur ihre Arbeit leidet. (ORF)

The third episode of the second series is among my favorite episodes because here I not only survive, but I truly live in the World of Warcraft. Yes, everyone could probably identify with Penny this time, anyone who has ever fallen into addiction to games, even if only for a short time. In my case, it was my first PS1 and a five-day gaming marathon, from which I recovered only due to the absolute lack of dishes and the increasing smell of decay spreading from the overflowing sink.
