Minutes after take off from Tokyo en route to Osaka, the tail-fin blows off the huge Boeing 747. The plane isnow out of control. The experienced pilots manage to keep the plane in the air for thirty excruciating minutes before slamming into a remote mountain. All but four of the 509 passengers on board are killed.
