Vladimír Menšík is so great in the role of Skapina that no matter how great and how good an actor he is, the other one suddenly looks like someone just passing him the ball (only Jiří Sovák could keep up with his temperament in this film). But it doesn't mean that the others were not good. They just don't have as attractive and fun characters. As is usual with Molière. An hour and a bit was just right. A nice thing to watch on TV.
