Barney ist gegen die Hochzeit von Stella und Ted, da er befürchtet, dadurch seinen besten Kumpel zu verlieren. Um ihn von der Heirat abzubringen, versucht er zu beweisen, dass man auch mit 80 noch problemlos junge Frauen aufreißen kann. Währenddessen beginnt für Ted, Marshall, Lily und Robin ein neuer Lebensabschnitt: Marshall und Lily ziehen in ihre neue Wohnung, Ted zieht zu Stella und Robin hat einen neuen Job als Korrespondentin in Japan angenommen. Throughout my life, and even now, I've had trust issues, so I've kept my friend circle pretty small (the highest count was three). But hey, these folks have been on the same wavelength as me, so there's no risk of dealing with the same nonsense as the characters in this episode. Also, the whole moving situation felt stuck in a loop, and Ted seemed like he just needed a daisy to make up his mind. Once again, our hero Barney Stinson came to save the day. / Lesson learned: Don't become a pathetic idiot.
