Margaret und Louisa machen sich Sorgen um Doc Martin, denn er macht zunehmend einen schlechten Eindruck. Als er schließlich unrühmlich eine Preisverleihung in der Schule verlässt und Louisa ihm hinterherrennt, kommt es zum Unglück: Louisa läuft vor ein Auto und landet im Krankenhaus. I was surprised myself at how much I enjoyed this episode. I wasn't even tempted to physically harm Penhale, despite his frequent appearances. The medal ceremony on the school playground really excited me, not to mention the speech:-) Mrs. Tishell really impressed me this time, but I was disappointed by Aunt Ruth's absence and the attendance of Martin's disgustingly irritating mother.
