The charming master comedian and prolific director Charlie Chase (1893–1940), aka Charles Parrott, has been at times sadly forgotten, and only truly reached wider popularity after getting into Roach´s team. In Limousine Love (1928) Chase´s character, a groom on his way to his own wedding finds his way into trouble when a naked woman is found in his car.
