Ray Stanton (David Carradine) is an ex-policeman who now can only get menial security guard jobs. When his bank is the target of a robbery, Ray's violent side emerges and his wife dies in the eventual shoot-out. When he subsequently can't find work, he starts a delivery service that delivers anything the competition refuses, and Ray finds himself plunged into a seedy world of kidnapping and human cargo.
