Jelly

This narrated tale opens on nine-year-old Jelly Johnson, a young girl in Brooklyn with a peculiar fascination with death. When she overhears about the mysterious disappearance of her upstairs neighbor, a transfixed Jelly sets out to "solve the case". With her young cousins in tow, she launches an investigation and ultimately gets an answer to an unsolved mystery of her own. (Nashville Film Festival)
