2011. ETA announces the definitive cessation of its armed activity. In this historic moment of the Basque conflict, a young woman flees with a clear goal: to cross the border. She knows this will take her away from her home and roots, where she is no longer safe. During her escape, she arrives in Zubieta, a border village where ancient myths and modern conflicts seem to converge. Hidden in the attic of one of the town’s houses, she begins to observe an unchanging everyday life, where days blur into nights and nights into days. Suspended in an impossible time and in an unknown space, it will be increasingly difficult for her to leave this place behind. (Seminci - Valladolid International Film Festival)
