Julie is twenty-nine, has no children, no boyfriend, just a student loan and an internship at an architecture studio. She has just been to look at a new place to live – in an underground garage. Meanwhile, the prestigious firm she is interning for is thinking of building a thousand new apartments in the centre of Oslo.
