The Delicate Art of Parking

Documentary film maker Lonny Goosen has just had his car towed. Again. Now owing thousands in outstanding tickets, he sets out to film a scathing expose of the corrupt institution of parking enforcement. Not surprisingly, Lonny has no trouble finding people venting their anger towards "the system", yet the parking enforcers themselves won't talk. That is, until he finds Grant Parker: a parking enforcer who, despite constant threats and abuse, finds truth, honour, and serenity in the act of ticketing. (Verleiher-Text)
