Vörös Colibri

Anna, the divorced pretty young woman works as a taxi driver to support her daughter. One day he meets Andrej, the Ukrainian ballet dancer who wants to get to Paris through Hungary and make a career, but currently he works as an unskilled worker at a fuel station. Anna becomes fond of Andrej and houses him. The young man in the meantime finds a way to the Ukrainian Mafia in Budapest and he dances in the Vörös Colibri night club. Anna commits everything to get Andrej to the Hungarian Opera, because this is the only way for her to keep him and protect him. The successful performance of Andrej in the Opera is the evidence for Anna: she has lost him this way as well, anyway. (Verleiher-Text)
